Serving Marietta, Atlanta, Cobb County and the surrounding areas
When searching for a Marietta divorce attorney, consider how a family law attorney in Cobb County should advocate for your needs and those of your children. Good Marietta divorce attorneys should offer you something beyond just representation. To be effective, your family attorney in Cobb County should be able to do the following:
- Advise as a legal strategist, taking into account the law, judges and the nature of the adversary.
- Provide a smart approach to marriage dissolution and dispute resolution with alternate dispute resolution (ADR) tools.
- Know how to manage full litigation efficiently, including when a late case evaluation can shorten the process and reduce overall costs.
The Law Offices of Daryl L. Kidd, P.C. brings you more than just a divorce attorney in Marietta. With experience in alternative dispute resolution — use of mediation and arbitration instead of litigation in many instances — Daryl L. Kidd and his staff are able to save clients time, money and heartache that might otherwise happen in a litigious process. Matrimonial attorneys in Cobb County do not always offer these paths to their clients.
Family attorney in Cobb County
Family attorneys in Cobb County handle a broad range of income and assets among their clients, which is complicating at both ends of the spectrum. Where assets are limited and child support is required, the Cobb County family law attorney should strive to work out the least expensive, most fair and best long-term process. Where assets are considerable, a non-adversarial approach is still preferred, but when taking a case to full litigation before a judge, Daryl L. Kidd will work zealously on behalf of his client, seeking the most optimal outcome.
Daryl L. Kidd is respected among divorce attorneys in Marietta for his education and biography, service in the U.S. military, work as an associate judge, and for writing important laws relative to family law. Attorneys in Cobb County know that Daryl L. Kidd places a high priority on children, and they call on him to serve as Guardian ad Litem in cases where the children need separate representation.
Daryl L. Kidd and his seasoned paralegal staff have nearly 90 years cumulative experience with family law.
